The Listing Lab AU provides digital social media marketing services for real estate listings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide a per-listing marketing package including:

• Short-form video content (Reels)
• Social media posters and image creatives
• Caption and marketing copy
• Image editing and enhancement

All content is created from materials supplied by the client.

You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to all supplied materials
• All information provided is accurate and lawful
• You grant us permission to edit and transform your content for marketing use
• You approve final content before publication or use

We are not responsible for client-supplied content accuracy.

Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving all required materials.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to workload or delays in receiving assets.

Each package includes reasonable minor revisions.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a minor revision. Larger changes may incur additional costs.

Payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may introduce subscription-based services in future, including unlimited-use plans.

Due to the custom digital nature of our work:

• No refunds once work has commenced
• Pre-start refunds may be considered at our discretion

After full payment:

• You receive a licence to use delivered content for marketing purposes
• We may showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, leads, or sales
• Platform performance (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Outcomes of marketing performance

We may refuse or terminate service if:

• Terms are breached
• Abuse or misconduct occurs
• Required materials are not provided
